Laborers/ Operators

Henkels & McCoy, Inc., one of the largest privately held international utility contracting firms, with offices in 80 cities and celebrating 85 years of operating with a reputation as one of the most reliable and innovative firms in engineering and construction, is currently seeking Laborers/ Operators in the Utility Construction field. These are union positions.

Performs duties related to general construction such as, but not limited to, equipment operator, etc.

Other duties as required.

• If not already a union member, then union membership will be required.
• Ability to travel throughout PA as needed is required.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for up to the past 5 years is required.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical work, and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• This position requires significant time standing or walking on uneven ground, possible climbing of ladders or being in high places, working in tight spaces and in general, being overall physically demanding.
• Work in an all weather environment is required.
• Must be able to lift heavy material.
• NO relocation expenses or per diem are available for these positions.
