Responsible for generating new and increased loan volume. Uncover member needs through personal contact and cross sell products, automated services and other services to meet member needs as outlined in established credit

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, initiate and build strong relationships with new and existing members by generating loan and deposit volume. Utilize credit union philosophy, uncover member needs and customize recommendations to improve financial well being. Perform savings and loan maintenance for members. Assist Branch Management in developing a strong member

Under the general supervision of the Branch Management, perform Teller duties involving receipt and payment of cash, identification of Member needs and recommendation of appropriate Credit Union products and services to Member. Provide a high quality of customer service in a courteous professional manner to all contacts. Cash negotiable instruments, sell travelers checks
