Job Summary:
We are looking for an ERP Manager to join our SKF Aerospace team. This role is responsible for design, implementation and maintaining our ERP applications mainly Infor XA 10.X, Infor M3 and SAP S4 applications within SKF Aerospace. This role also leads and manages the design and implementation of business solutions, improving business process efficiencies by utilizing our ERP Modules and technology. For this position, candidates must be able to obtain in minimal time the necessary credentials to comply with all federal export control requirements (US citizen or a US permanent resident.).

Job Duties and Responsibilities are (including but not limited to):

  • Spearhead ERP upgrades projects to XA10/Infor Cloud, SAP S4, Infor M3 cloud migration and other ERP projects of SKF Aerospace as technical lead.
  • Oversee our internal IT infrastructure, including but not limited to the Infor XA 10/Cloud, Infor M3, SAP S4 and related surrounding systems and EDI Infrastructure.
  • Participate in technically understanding the customizations made vs business/process requirements and effectively address them in the new system during the upgrade.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve system-related issues promptly.
  • Interact with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business strategy while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Ensure the alignment of the ERP system with the company's business processes, goals, and strategies.
  • Actively collaborate with SKF's central IT colleagues to leverage best practices, drive synergy.
  • Provide training and support for end-users.
  • Monitor data integrity and drive processes to maintain data quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain in minimal time the necessary credentials to comply with all federal export control requirements,(US citizen or a US permanent resident).
  • Minimum 8 yrs. of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or comparable experience and/or education
  • Profound knowledge Infor product portfolio.
  • Infor XA (Release 10.X, 9.1/9.2,) with expertise in Customer Service Mgmt. (COM), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Procurement and add-on packages, Inventory Mgmt. (IM) and finance modules. As well as Infor M3.
  • Work experience in Supply Chain and ERP Management in areas of software design, development and enhancement using various software skills on IBM iSeries platform.
  • Solid understanding of XA data model, Infor data fabric.
  • Good hold on SQL.
  • Good to have: Proficiency with BI\Reporting solutions (Snowflake and MS Power bi skills).
  • Experience with SAP S4 HANA, AWS Gov cloud will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Good to have - Awareness on integrating AI technologies to EPRs for analyzing data in real-time, identify patterns, make predictions, and provide valuable recommendations.

Travel Requirements:
This is multi-site job. Although remote collaborative work is encouraged and promoted. The chosen candidate is required flexibility to travel (up to 20% in average) to visit stakeholders, clarify requirements and better understand business processes in use.
