Job description :
As a Senior Enterprise Project Manager, this position reports to the ePMO - Shared Services with a focus on corporate and HR. This position oversees high-priority and high visibility large and extra-large projects, which often require considerable resources across multiple lines of business. This position has responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire lifecycle of the project using waterfall, hybrid, or agile practices as needed. Operating within a matrix environment, this position manages operational and tactical aspects of projects, fostering effective teamwork, and building strong internal and external relationships. This position is responsible for coaching and mentoring junior staff and leading departmental process improvement initiatives. This role operates within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively.
-Provides leadership, vision, and direction setting for both project team and business partners.
- Demonstrates superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions, resolve conflicts, and create lasting, productive partnerships with the units they support
- Actively participates in cross-functional groups to solve problems across projects. Provides resources and organizational structure to promote collaborative initiatives
- Utilizes a network of relationships to collect and disseminate information, build support, and secure buy-in for desired objectives
