Responsibilities:
1. Meet with NA Spares teams to gain understanding of process and Identify process improvements
2. Use continues Improvement tooling (Value Stream Mapping, 5S systems, DMAIC, Axiomatic Design)
3. Communicate with Key stakeholders to identify improvements to the current process
4. Create presentations and updates at all levels of the organization
5. Coordinate with Global teams (IT, Finance, Spares)
