The Opportunity
Our Marketo Measure engineering organization is looking for a hardworking, dedicatedand results-oriented Software Engineer to help scale our rapidly growing platform.Our team is fueled with a passion for innovation, competition, and a dedication tomaking our customers successful. Marketo Measure is truly at the forefront of the constantly evolving and competitivelandscape of Marketing Technology. We are a multi-channel, algorithmic attributionplatform that quantifies the influence and incremental impact of marketing investmentsand customer interactions. With Marketo Measure, our users can measure and optimizemarketing and advertising spend by understanding the impact of every individualcustomer interaction across each phase of the customers' journeys.
As a member of our team, you will work with a broad set of technologies, get exposureto all aspects of our platform and ship to production early and often. You will tacklemeaningful engineering problems and build solutions our customers love by efficientlyturning terabytes of data into concrete insights.

What you'll Do

  • Build technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to communicateyour ideas.

  • Design, build, improve and maintain highly performant and highly scalableservices and data processing pipelines.

  • Work in a small, collaborative, highly productive, and high output teamenvironment

  • Champion standard methodologies and process improvements within the team

  • Learn new technologies and technical solutions.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of software development experience building SaaS products andapplying industry standard methodologies.

  • Deep understanding of computer science and software engineering concepts,with a talent for applying and clearly articulating them.

  • Passion for solving sophisticated customer problems using data insights.

  • Excellent coding skills in one or more programming languages - (e.g., C#, Java,etc.)

  • Experience in front-end development using Javascript/TypeScript and frameworks (e.g., React).

  • Experience working on Cloud fundamentals (Azure, or AWS) and distributedsystems, along with proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies (e.g.,

  • SQL Server/MySQL, Snowflake, Table Storage, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git and Release Management.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence etc.).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,000 -- $198,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
