Icahn Automotive Group LLC (Icahn Automotive) was formed by its parent, Icahn Enterprises L.P. (NASDAQ: IEP), to invest in and operate businesses involved in aftermarket parts distribution and service. The businesses of Icahn Automotive today consist of Pep Boys automotive service chain, Precision Tune Auto Care owned and franchised automotive service centers, and AAMCO Total Auto Care franchised service centers. The businesses of Icahn Automotive total over 22,000 employees, over 2,000 company-owned and franchise locations and 25 distribution centers throughout the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Duties & Responsibilities * Provide financial consulting and strategic support to corporate and field management including sales and margin reporting metrics, store and market performance analysis. Develop and disseminate business trend reporting, and other projects requested by management. * Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, with particular focus on vendor costing versus customer pricing. * Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. * Daily, Weekly, Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports, AD-Hoc Reporting and Analysis. * Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing, new store rollouts as well as new projects. * Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. * Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes. * Support Corporate, Field and Store Management Teams with in-depth analysis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong leadership skills required. * Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills- Access is desirable. * SQL Knowledge * Highest standards of accuracy and precision. * Highly organized. * Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience and Credentials: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance * 5-10 years of experience in Operations and/or Financial Planning and Analysis. * SAP experience is a plus (Accounting/ERP, BPC/EPM tool, BO business intelligence/ Analysis tool).
